Milk Barfi Cake
This is a beautiful, delicious, soft, airy poundcake with a milk-latte flavor base — but the cream is the dominant, more prominent burst of flavor in your mouth. This heavenly cake is topped with a buttery caramel BARFI made from pure milk and a little bit of sweetened brown sugar to give it that caramel texture, and it’s drizzled generously with shredded coconut.
I wanted to do a combination between Eastern and Western desserts and create something unforgettable. I have another version of this in carrot, and I use carrot HALWA on top as the frosting.

I can substitute the flour with almond flour or pistachio flour, and there are so many ways to make this an even healthier treat for you and your family. I believe in the core ethics of cooking and baking — that my products should be long-term beneficial to you, not just a quick way of making money.
I started this business to spread awareness: that we CAN have clean, healthy treats without worrying about our long-term health. We do not use regular tap water. We use spring water, Himalayan pink salt, brown sugar, honey — and any ingredient can be replaced or excluded because we bake everything from scratch using our old traditional recipes.
We use real butter and real organic olive oil in all our foods.
We are completely against Red 40, heavy toxic chemicals, or words that pretend to be “ingredients” but are actually detrimental to long-term health.
